Adventure bikers who travel the world know it: there are days when the bike falls over more than once on one side because the conditions are unimaginable in civilized and cultivated Europe with its developed road network. Or because the physical strain, due to heat or cold, can simply exhaust the strength and stamina to keep the bike upright. Beyond civilization, it is therefore even more important to be on the road with reliable equipment that can withstand the associated material stress and simply endure without fail, because it can be vital to remain mobile, always on the move and independent in order to minimize the risk to oneself as much as possible.
This ULTIMATE PRO engine protection bar from Wunderlich is specifically designed for adventure.
It reliably protects not only the cylinders and valve covers, but also both lambda sensors. The comprehensive protection concept increases passive safety and thus riding pleasure. In the event of a fall or accident, the forces involved are optimally distributed over the crash bar structure up to the load-bearing mounting points, so that force and moment peaks are avoided and material stress is effectively reduced. Compared to the ULTIMATE crash bar, the ULTIMATE PRO has an additional filler plate that further increases the protective effect.
The additional, four-welded PROtection plate of the PRO version made of stainless steel has a solid (and clearly visible) thickness of three millimetres. It features cut-outs, stiffens the tubular structure of the crash bar and simultaneously extends the immediate protection for the cylinder head and valve cover. The cut-outs not only underline the tool design in the adventure look, but also allow water to drain off directly after water crossings.
The crash bar structure is made of 25 millimetre precision stainless steel tubes. The tube segments are formed on CNC tube bending machines and then cleanly welded. Visually, the crash bar integrates into the design of the motorcycle and harmonizes with the distinctive look.
With our crash bars, the protective function and product design are crucial. The stainless steel engine protection bar enhances your BMW in a high-quality way. The stainless steel surface is glass-blasted and additionally electropolished.

Shipments
We entrust our shipments to leading logistics partners. Each package, before being entrusted to the carrier, is checked and if necessary is equipped with additional packaging, both internally and externally.
Dropshipping: for some orders, in order to speed up delivery times as much as possible, we ask our supplier for direct shipping. For this reason it may happen that the sender is different from our address.
The shipment and delivery of the products will be carried out in many areas of the world. By finalizing the purchase, it will be possible to verify the coverage of your locality together with the calculation of the expected transport. If you have different needs, please contact us in order to estimate ad-hoc transport costs.
Once shipped, delivery times will be 24/48 working hours for Italy. While for other countries the delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
Shipping cost
Only for Italy will free shipping be offered to all purchases of an amount equal to or greater than € 300.00 including VAT, below this amount a shipping fee will be requested which will be calculated based on the volume weight of each item . For all other destinations, the transport price will be calculated at the time of the order based on the volume weight of the order and its destination.
For resellers, due to the offers offered, the shipping costs will always be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
Free Transportation Insurance:
We offer all our customers an exclusive transport insurance which provides for the replacement of any breakage of the purchased material, caused exclusively by the courier during transport, at no additional cost. Without "trapping" the customer in lengthy paperwork, it will be sufficient to use the appropriate replacement request form - contact form - to allow us to organize collection from the address indicated by the customer which will coincide with the replacement of the insured material.
How to proceed to take advantage of the insurance:
As soon as the package is delivered, please carry out a scrupulous check in the presence of the courier. If the package arrives damaged on the outside, it does not mean that the inside is damaged, in any case it is recommended to sign the delivery note noting the wording "damaged package, acceptance subject to inspection". Subsequently, immediately carry out an internal check of the package within and no later than 2 days from receipt of the same. If any type of damage is found, immediately notify our staff so that we can take the necessary measures, i.e. the replacement of the damaged part or the entire product under warranty at no additional cost.
The replacement times for the insured material will vary according to the availability of the requested spare parts. In any case, these terms will fluctuate between 2 days and 30 working days from the request. Our staff will take care of keeping the customer updated on the procedure of the open file.
Return Policy
Every private customer who buys from our e-commerce has the unquestionable right to withdraw from the order according to the laws in force, within a maximum period of 14 non-working days from the date of delivery of the order, without the need to specify the reason. In the event of withdrawal, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, or (if he wishes) to request an exchange of the product of equal or greater value. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the private consumer, as per current laws. The right of withdrawal is not applicable if the buyer is a VAT holder who proceeds with the purchase as a company or professional. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized objects according to explicit directives of the customer.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Important: For exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is requested to send the products to our warehouses in the same state (like new) in which they were shipped by us, i.e. unused, unused installed, in the same packaging with which we shipped and complete with all accessory parts present inside the box at the time of shipment.
If the product(s) arrives used, spoiled or does not conform to the requested condition, we reserve the right to withhold a certain amount which will be equal to the decrease in the value of the goods. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods, resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics.
The responsibility for the integrity of the goods during the return shipment is always the responsibility of the customer. We therefore invite you to insure all shipments destined for withdrawal.
Refund Timeline:
In the event of a refund request, the same will take place no later than 14 days from receipt of the material price at our office. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if they have been paid at the time of purchase while the costs of returning the item are always to be understood as the responsibility of the customer who makes use of the withdrawal.
