Important: Our customer service is not a Call Center. We respond to any request or advice with qualified and experienced staff. Every day we receive a high number of requests, often of a technical nature that involve protracted advice over time. Therefore it may happen that you cannot immediately take the line, if this eventuality occurs we recommend that you have patience and try again after a few minutes. Alternatively, you can send an email using the appropriate contact form in the contact section. We will give an answer to every request in the shortest possible time, compatibly with the current workload.

If you have requested updates regarding an order in progress, for the above reasons, please contact us only after verifying the actual expiry of the times indicated at the time of purchase.

Products:

We look for and guarantee that all the components and accessories in our catalog are new, never used and delivered with their original packaging. The products we consider most fragile will be shipped with additional packaging (external or internal) in order to preserve its integrity during transport. Most of the products are opened and controlled by our staff before proceeding to the shipment, this in order to control quality and integrity pre-shipping. WARNING: All the products we have marketed are aftermarket accessories, which means that they are not original products of the respective parent companies, therefore they are to be considered independent parts and components, not produced by the brands to which they are intended. We shall not be liable in any way for any unconventional or unconventional use of the products we have marketed.

Regarding the homologation to circulate on the Italian roads it is recommended to check in each product sheet, if the accessory is approved will be expressly indicated. Any order received cannot be automatically accepted. The confirmation of acceptance or refusal will be sent to the update of the order itself, together with the evasion timing in case of acceptance or motivation in case of refusal. An order may not be accepted in the event that the purchased products have undergone unexpected price changes, impossibility of reassociation or in the event that the buyer lacks good faith.

How to pay an order:

Accepted forms of payment, which will be reported during the order procedure in our e-commerce, are as follows:

3) Early bank transfer:

Conditions for retailers

Payment conditions, shipping and discounts are reserved and are treated in private with each individual retailer.

Material availability:

In each product card the availability of the material is expressly indicated or, in case the desired items are not immediately available, the working days necessary for the order to be processed. Rarely it can happen that one or more items - currently available - are sold out due to orders made simultaneously by different customers, or because of the sale directly at the point of sale. In case a situation of this kind arises, we will inform the customer immediately, indicating the waiting days necessary for delivery.

Because of the many products marketed there is no possibility to have in stock every accessory for sale (for this we indicate the availability in each product card) but we guarantee all the effort possible to minimize the possible waiting times, compatibly with the timing (necessary to the production and re-association of the product(s) imposed by our suppliers.

Briefly it may happen that the manufacturer, to whom we ordered the requested products, has delays in delivery of the ordered material. Unfortunately this is not under our direct control or less we can predict this eventuality, however when this type of inconvenience occurs we immediately advise the customer waiting for the product(s) which will have the right to choose whether to withdraw from the order or if to wait further.

Shipping:

We entrust our shipments to leading partners in the logistics sector. Each package, before being entrusted to the conveyor, is checked and if there is a need, is equipped with additional packaging, both internally and externally.

Dropshipping: For some orders, in order to speed up delivery times, we ask our supplier for direct shipping. For this reason, the sender may be different from our address.

The shipment and delivery of the products will be carried out in many areas of the world, Purchasing the purchase you will be able to verify the coverage of your locality together with the calculation of the planned transport. If you have different needs please contact us in order to anticipate ad-hoc transport costs.

Once shipped, the delivery time will be 24/48 working hours for Italy. While for other nations the delivery time will vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

Only for Italy will be offered free shipping to all purchases of amount equal to or greater than € 300,00 VAT included, below this amount will be required the shipping contribution that will be calculated according to the volume weight of each item. For all other destinations the price of the transport will be calculated at the time of order based on the volume weight of the order and its destination.

For retailers, due to the proposed offers, shipping costs will always be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.

Free transport insurance:

We offer all our customers an exclusive transport insurance that provides for the replacement of any breakages of the purchased material, caused exclusively by the carrier during transport, without any additional expenses. Without "trap" the customer in long bureaucratic practices it will be enough to use the special application form replacement - contact form - to allow us to organize the withdrawal at the address indicated by the customer that will coincide with the replacement of the insured material.

How to proceed with insurance:

As soon as the parcel is delivered please provide a scrupulous check in the presence of the courier. In case the parcel arrives damaged externally does not mean that the interior is damaged, in any case it is recommended to sign the receiving bubble annoting in the same the word "damaged parcel, acceptance with control reserve". Subsequently provide immediate control of the package within and no later than 2 days from receipt of the package. Product warranty (2 years):

Any product purchased at our e-commerce https://www.bullymachine.it/en/ has a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided by law.

The guarantee protects the product from:

  • Construction defects (by the manufacturer)
  • Paint defects
  • Mechanical or electrical parts malfunctions

The two-year warranty excludes all accessories that, during their use, undergo a physiological consumption, such as braking systems, motors, tires, candles etc. For this reason, the warranty only covers any defects present at the time of receipt and expires at the time of use.

How to request a guarantee:

To request a warranty replacement you must make request using present contact form. We will promptly contact the customer in order to communicate the replacement timing that typically varies, depending on availability, from 2 days to 30 working days from the request.

Right to Recesso:

Every private customer who purchases at our e-commerce has the inseparable right to withdraw from the order according to the laws in force, within a maximum period of 14 days not working from the date of delivery of the order, without the need to specify the reason. In case of withdrawal, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, or (if desired) to request a change of product of equal or higher value, paying the eventual price difference. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the private consumer, as in force. The right to withdraw is not applicable in the event that the buyer is a VAT holder who proceeds to purchase as a company or professional. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to custom objects according to explicit customer directives.

How to use the right of withdrawal:

To obtain the refund (or to make a change) it is necessary to communicate to us the will to cancel, within the period of 14 days not working from the date of delivery, sending a communication using the appropriate contact form. Important: For the exercise of the right of withdrawal please the customer to send the products to our warehouses in the same state (equal to the new) in which they were sent by us, i.e. not used, not installed, in the same packing with which we carried out the shipment and complete of every accessory part present within the box at the time of sending.

In the case of the product(s) used, spoiled or not in accordance with the requested condition, we will retain a certain sum that will be equal to the decrease in the value of the good. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods, resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than that necessary to establish nature and characteristics.

The responsibility of the integrity of the goods, during the return shipment, is always under the responsibility of the customer. Therefore we invite you to ensure all shipments destined for withdrawal.

Refund time:

In case of request refund, the same will be within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the material price our home. The refund is inherent only the cost of the item, shipping costs excluded. While the expenses of return of the object, it is always to be understood to be borne by the customer that avails of the withdrawal.
