Reinforced stainless steel luggage rack designed for fixing plates or top box. Completes the rear part and is equipped with comfortable handles for the passenger. Sturdy and practical, it can house both the plate code: U108 and the plate code: AL3 for the aluminum top box via the 4 pre-arranged fixings. Also excellent for having more loading surface for soft bags by mounting the plate Code: AL13 In this version it is offered with a high-resistance epoxy powder finish in matt black.
NB: It can be mounted with all the saddles proposed by BMW. Not compatible with the original Vario case supports.
It is compatible with all our bag frames with the plate and related Atlas Top case code AL3.
Maximum load 15 kg. Luggage rack also compatible with all models of soft bags.

Shipments
We entrust our shipments to leading logistics partners. Each package, before being entrusted to the carrier, is checked and if necessary is equipped with additional packaging, both internally and externally.
Dropshipping: for some orders, in order to speed up delivery times as much as possible, we ask our supplier for direct shipping. For this reason it may happen that the sender is different from our address.
The shipment and delivery of the products will be carried out in many areas of the world. By finalizing the purchase, it will be possible to verify the coverage of your locality together with the calculation of the expected transport. If you have different needs, please contact us in order to estimate ad-hoc transport costs.
Once shipped, delivery times will be 24/48 working hours for Italy. While for other countries the delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
Shipping cost
Only for Italy will free shipping be offered to all purchases of an amount equal to or greater than € 300.00 including VAT, below this amount a shipping fee will be requested which will be calculated based on the volume weight of each item . For all other destinations, the transport price will be calculated at the time of the order based on the volume weight of the order and its destination.
For resellers, due to the offers offered, the shipping costs will always be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
Free Transportation Insurance:
We offer all our customers an exclusive transport insurance which provides for the replacement of any breakage of the purchased material, caused exclusively by the courier during transport, at no additional cost. Without "trapping" the customer in lengthy paperwork, it will be sufficient to use the appropriate replacement request form - contact form - to allow us to organize collection from the address indicated by the customer which will coincide with the replacement of the insured material.
How to proceed to take advantage of the insurance:
As soon as the package is delivered, please carry out a scrupulous check in the presence of the courier. If the package arrives damaged on the outside, it does not mean that the inside is damaged, in any case it is recommended to sign the delivery note noting the wording "damaged package, acceptance subject to inspection". Subsequently, immediately carry out an internal check of the package within and no later than 2 days from receipt of the same. If any type of damage is found, immediately notify our staff so that we can take the necessary measures, i.e. the replacement of the damaged part or the entire product under warranty at no additional cost.
The replacement times for the insured material will vary according to the availability of the requested spare parts. In any case, these terms will fluctuate between 2 days and 30 working days from the request. Our staff will take care of keeping the customer updated on the procedure of the open file.
Return Policy
Every private customer who buys from our e-commerce has the unquestionable right to withdraw from the order according to the laws in force, within a maximum period of 14 non-working days from the date of delivery of the order, without the need to specify the reason. In the event of withdrawal, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, or (if he wishes) to request an exchange of the product of equal or greater value. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the private consumer, as per current laws. The right of withdrawal is not applicable if the buyer is a VAT holder who proceeds with the purchase as a company or professional. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized objects according to explicit directives of the customer.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Important: For exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is requested to send the products to our warehouses in the same state (like new) in which they were shipped by us, i.e. unused, unused installed, in the same packaging with which we shipped and complete with all accessory parts present inside the box at the time of shipment.
If the product(s) arrives used, spoiled or does not conform to the requested condition, we reserve the right to withhold a certain amount which will be equal to the decrease in the value of the goods.
